Starbucks Coffee Company

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks yet. I waited 5 to 8 minutes at the counter for the guy to take my order and I was the only one in line. The guy had horrible customer service. He just stared at me and asked what I wanted. He looked so confused, maybe even intoxicated. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my order to come out and I was still missing my apple croissant, so I had to wait for them to heat it up. I hated this experience and have not gone back to any Starbucks since then. Starbucks really needs to hire better people at this location as it will inevitably cost them more customers.

Absolute terrible service. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your mobile order and then receive your cup 3/4ths full. No apology, or anything. I understand they are an under staffed store, which by now, (the 5+ years they've been open) should have fixed, however, they should have the proficiency to prioritize their mobile orders as their app claims they do.
